When renting, you accept the following rental conditions for OKX accommodation and rental*:
- Rooms/houses are left in the same condition as on arrival.
- Keys/locks are left in the room on departure.
- All rooms have free WIFI.
- All rooms are without bed linen, towels and detergents, which can, however, be purchased additionally.
- Corridor areas and other common areas such as the kitchen-living room and toilets/bathroom are free to use, but must be cleaned after use.
- Refrigerators are emptied of personal belongings upon departure.
- IMPORTANT: All tenants have access to the room from 12.00 on the day of arrival and must be out of the room no later than 10.00 on the day of departure.
- Skader på inventar eller bygning, skal anmeldes straks til udlejer.
- The lessor reserves the right to change terms without notice – however, lease agreements already entered into will be respected until expiry.
- No additional fee is added to the price of accommodation.
- For stays longer than one week, a discount can be negotiated.
