The properties are located a short distance from Kalundborg-Sorø and Holbæk with a ½ hour drive to Sjællands Odde or the Storebæltsbroen.
The Kalundborg motorway to Copenhagen is within a 20-minute drive from the property and Copenhagen can be reached in less than an hour
On the properties on Lolland, these are located in Rødby or within a short distance of Rødby and Rødby Harbour.

Rooms/houses are left in the same condition as on arrival.
Keys/locks are left in the room on departure.
All rooms have free WIFI.
All rooms are without bed linen, towels and detergents, which can, however, be purchased additionally.
Corridor areas and other common areas such as the kitchen-living room and toilets/bathroom are free to use, but must be cleaned after use.
Refrigerators are emptied of personal belongings upon departure.

IMPORTANT: All tenants have access to the room from 12.00 on the day of arrival and must be out of the room no later than 10.00 on the day of departure.

Damage to furniture or the building must be reported immediately to the landlord.
The lessor reserves the right to change terms without notice - however, lease agreements already entered into will be respected until expiry.
No additional fee is added to the price of accommodation.
For stays longer than one week, a discount can be negotiated.
